We are a new, foster-based rescue located in the Ottawa Valley. We are a small team of three, that work tirelessly to help the residents of Arnprior and the surrounding areas with the cat overpopulation problem.

Our mission is to is to secure stray cats, provide vet care, offer rehabilitation through foster care and find them forever homes or barn placements.

We have many programs that we offer such as our Barn Cat program, Trap Neuter Release program, Trap lending program, Community Spay Neuter days and microchip scanning. We work closely with other rescues to provide solutions to colonies and hoarding situations located through out Ontario.

From when we started in November of 2021, until April of 2022 we have taken in 116 cats from communities in the Ottawa Valley such as 

We have had 62 cats spayed and neutered and adopted and helped 30 community cats in our efforts to control the pet population. We still have more than 50 cats in care that require their spay and neuter surgeries. Including the kittens born in care this year that will all be coming of age for vaccinations and surgeries before they can be adopted.

As you can imagine and are likely aware, rescue depends on donations, fundraising and adoptions fees to afford the medical care required. I am really hoping that you are able to help with that.
