Transthyretin Amyloidosis Canada
TTR Amyloidosis Canada is on a mission to transform and improve the lives of patients diagnosed with all forms of amyloidosis
Every day, patients, caregivers and families across Canada face the devastating challenges of this rare disease—struggling with delayed diagnosis, limited access to specialists and fragmented care. Amyloidosis diagnosis, care and treatment in Canada needs to come closer to the international standard set by the National Amyloidosis Centre in London, England. We have the expertise, but funding is needed to build Canada’s diagnostic and care infrastructure. Better and faster diagnosis leads to improved long-term outcomes for patients living with amyloidosis. Canadian patients deserve to live their best life, despite their disease.
Together, we can make this change.
TTR Amyloidosis Canada and the Canadian Amyloidosis Society have teamed up for the 500 for 500 campaign, which aims to raise $250,000 that will directly go to building the Canadian amyloidosis infrastructure and having a direct impact on how patients are diagnosed and cared for in Canada. With your help, we can accelerate access to critical care, advocate for a unified healthcare approach, and ensure no patient waits unnecessarily for life-changing treatments.
By standing with us, you’re helping to elevate healthcare standards, empower families, and build a future where every Canadian facing amyloidosis gets the care they deserve.
Join us today. Be part of the change.
With gratitude, thank you for your generosity and support.
